Design of risk sharing and coordination mechanism in supply chain under demand and supply uncertainty

Perishable and short-life products can be seen everywhere in life. Due to the particularity of these products, they are more complicated supply chain management. This paper studies whether two-part tariff ZRS contract achieve purpose reducing risks coordinating chain. We assume that market demand supplier yield uncertain, we use game theory probability distribution for research. The research results show when information is asymmetric, manufacturer always ignore forecast provided by retailer under wholesale price contract. When regardless symmetric or coordinate maximum profit. retailer’s degree risk aversion high, better than tariff, which reduce retailers provide with a risk-sharing contract, including return sharing ratio meet certain constraints. Such effectively supplier’s realize coordination.
